要旨：
　高齢化社会に伴い外出中に記憶喪失で保護されても身元が分からないで家に帰れない。
事件、事故などで身元が判明できない。これらに役立つ手段として、身元が確認できる
情報を身体に身につける方法がある。財布や貴重品が盗まれると身元が分りません。
身元情報の提供が容易な場合は、役立つものとなる。 本書では役立つ個人情報の範囲
（家族でも共用できる発行番号）が身体から容易に離脱しない方法で伝達できる付録の
ＦＩＩ、折畳身元確認情報（Fold-up identity information）シールの内容について解説する。

はしがき
　高齢化社会に伴い外出中に記憶喪失で保護されても身元が分からないで家に帰
れない。事件、事故などで身元が判明できない。これらに役立つ手段として、身
元が確認できる情報を身体に身につける方法がある。財布や貴重品が盗まれると
身元が分りません。身元情報の提供が容易な場合は、役立つものとなる。　本書
では役立つ個人情報の範囲が身体から容易に離脱しない方法で伝達できる内容に
ついて解説する。

Preface
I cannot return to the house without understanding birth and parentage even
if protected by memory loss during going out with an aging society. Birth and
parentage cannot become clear in a case, an accident. Means to help these
includes a method to acquire the information that birth and parentage can
identify to a body. Of a wallet and valuables is stolen, and do not understand
birth and parentage. When an offer of the birth and parentage information is
easy, it becomes that I am helpful. I comment on the content that a range of
 helpful personal information can transmit by a method not to leave a body
easily with this book.
